Chief Web Chat

To expand our commitment to customer service, we have added web chat as a support option. To chat online with a Chief Customer Service Representative, click Launch Web Chat. Chat is available Monday - Friday 7am to 7pm (CST).

Java Support

Our chat currently uses Java to run. If Java is disabled on your computer or browser, chat will not work. We don't recommend changing your settings to enable Java, but would suggest contacting us by phone, email, or filling out a feedback form.

Google Chrome Users

There are currently some issues with the Windows version of Google's Chrome Browser that prevent chat from working correctly. If you are using Chrome and would like to use the chat feature we recommend using a different browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Disabling Pop-Up Blockers

In order for web chat to launch, you will need to disable any pop-up blockers you have running in your browser. To do this, follow the specific browser instructions below, or view the documentation for any third party software you have installed.

Internet Explorer 7

After selecting Launch Chat, click the yellow bar and select Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site.


Select Options from the Tools menu (or the Firefox menu on Mac OS) and select the Content tab (see picture below). Select Exceptions and enter, and then choose Allow.
